Nadia Montenegro filed harassment and unjust vexation complaints against Richard Gutierrez at the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
It was due to the incident involving Nadia's daughter, Ynna Asistio, and Richard that happened during the live telecast of the GMA-7 show Party Pilipinas last Sunday. Richard didn't mention Ynna's name when he introduced the performers of a production number she was included in, and that's what Nadia was complaining about.
Nadia, who is currently having legal battles with Richard's mother Annabelle Rama, said the host is taking her conflict with his mother personally. "Namimersonal na si Richard at si Ynna naman ang tinitira," Nadia said in an interview.
She admired what Richard's twin, Raymond Gutierrez, did last week, though, because he didn't fail to mention the name of her daughter when he introduced a production number where Ynna was in.
"Raymond last week mentioned Ynna’s name in a production number but I just don’t understand why Richard didn’t," she said further.
Richard's camp has released no statement regarding the issue as of this time, but his mother commented on it by saying that superstars like Richard has no time to answer issues that involves starlets.
