Nancy Castiglione - Hayden Kho Spotted Kissing, caused Vicki-Hayden break up!

Dra. Vicki Belo sent out a shocking and very intriguing tweet on her Twitter account (@vicki_belo) past 12 noon today.

The exact tweet was actually this: "nancycastilogne you can now openly date @haydenjr. You have my blessings. Hope you'll both be happy" with Dra. Vicki couldn't even spell Nancy's name correctly.

While it seems like it's already over for Dra. Belo, Hayden also posted tweets saying that they're just having a misunderstanding and that there's infidelity involved.

He tweeted, "Before things go out of hand: Vicki and I are just having a misunderstanding. Don't make conclusions. There's infidelity issue here."

But he immediately corrected his tweet. "Before things go out of hand: Vicki and I are just having a misunderstanding. Don't make conclusions. There's NO infidelity issue here. I meant NO infidelity issue."

Okay, we get it Hayden!

He then later made this appeal: "I'd like to appeal to everyone to please hold your judgement. There has been a misunderstanding and it's gone out of proportion. I feel that the public doesn't have to get involved in this but since names have to be cleared and this issue involves the welfare of two innocent toddlers, I will have to speak out my piece, but at the right time. Thank you."

Hayden Kho is referring to Nancy Castiglione's 2-year-old twins, Matteo and Joaquin, and probably Hayden's misunderstanding with Dra. Vicki Belo got something to do with this tweet of Hayden about Nancy's twins yesterday, Feb. 9:

Hayden's tweet was actually a reaction to Nancy's tweet about her lunch date with the adorable twins, with an attached photo of Nancy and her twin sons.

There's actually nothing romantic in the tweet and probably, Dra. Vicki is having insecurity issues (that she can no longer bear a child?) or maybe she really has something to get jealous of. And that we don't know yet, so Hayden is right, we can't just simply make conclusions to this one.

To those asking who Nancy Castiglione is, well she is a former actress and host.

She hosted the first season of StarStruck with Dingdong Dantes and played a bit role in various soaps.

In 2008, she re-invented herself as a singer using the name Nancy Jane.

She gave birth to her twins, Matteo and Joaquin, with then boyfriend Ignacio Dominguez in March 2009.

Nancy's former boyfriends include Luis Manzano, Paolo Contis and Brad Turvey. She also got romantically involved with John Prats.

UPDATE: Vicki Belo confirmed on The Buzz earlier that she and Hayden had, indeed, broken up.
