The love team of Julie Anne San Jose and Elmo Magalona will soon be launched in the movie Just One Summer.
Directed by Mac Alejandre under GMA Films, the movie will be a treat to the fans of the tandem that started out in Party Pilipinas. The two were also seen as love team in the fantasy series Daldalita which has ended recently.
Neither of the two, however, hasn’t been given lead roles before. They are actually more known as singers rather than actors.
“Sabi nga ni Direk na kailangan lang dito sa movie na ito ay ibigay lang namin ang puso namin para ma-connect namin ang mga viewers namin,” Elmo told GMA News.
There are said to be a lot of kilig scenes in Just One Summer. On the question if they would have their first screen kiss in their launching movie, Elmo said he’s not going to give spoilers just yet.
